Making a Purchase

Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.

We accept major credit cards, and PayPal.

When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product

for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Loss or Damage

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery of any sign of damage in transit.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged once the order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours (except during Holidays); however, an order may be delayed depending on quantity ordered and our inventory. If your order needs to be rushed and you have selected rushed shipping please be sure to contact us.

Shipping options and delivery timelines

Our live rate shipping options sometimes experience glitches providing inaccurate live rates. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the full amount if the purchaser is not willing to pay the difference in shipping cost.

Winter Shipments: Due to the nature of our materials shipping in the winter can be problematic due to freezing as our materials cannot freeze and still be useable. 3 day or rushed delivery are the only options depending on your location. We do include a 72-hour heat pack to winter deliveries to help prevent freezing. We will contact you if we have a concern and discuss the options available.

Carriers

Orders are shipped with various carriers depending on size and location of client.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been scheduled or dropped at the chosen carrier’s office.

We reserve the right to choose a different carrier if we deem it more beneficial to the purchaser and seller.

Returns

All tinted materials are non-refundable/returnable.
All powder products are non-refundable/returnable.
Tools are returnable if unused and at the purchaser’s expense to cover returned shipping costs.
